LONDON STUDIO CENTRE
I was commissioned by London Leading Performing Arts School, London Studio Centre, to create a set of dramatic and emotive shots of their dance students, capturing the beauty and form of movement shot full speed under studio flash. The brief demanded technical precision and emotional clarity: freezing leaps and extensions with crisp, high‑contrast light while preserving the fluidity and intent of each gesture. Contemporary costume choices and carefully shaped lighting worked in concert to emphasise lines, musculature and expression, turning fleeting motion into sculptural stills. The resulting images form a cohesive narrative for their 2025 showcase, balancing athleticism and artistry to present the students’ work with both immediacy and timelessness.
